刁泉:男,河南南阳人,中原工学院材料电子与储能学院教师。
研究领域:
主要研究领域为敏感材料与高性能传感器件。主要从事半导体材料制备及其在气体、压力传感器中的应用研究。包括车载固体电解质型气体传感器用于汽车尾气的检测,着重于敏感电极材料开发,结构的微观调控,以提高传感器的灵敏度;有机/无机半导体材料结构及电性能调控,以增强其气敏/压敏性能。
